Annie was amazing she answered every question I had. She showed me my unit as requested and even showed me another size to make sure I was getting the right size for my items. The move in was quick and simple. Could of done paperwork on line but required me to pay for a lock I didn't need. Guy at counter said he could of refunded me price of lock. Signed paperwork was shown the unit and moved in. Already had truck loaded with contents from previous storage. Just unloaded in new unit. In and out in 1 1/2 hours.
