Great value, caring staff

The customer service from both Three and Colt were exceptional! Every step of the process was handled with care and impressive efficiency! Only caveat (no fault of the staff) is the solo loading/unloading area and its design. It’d get cramped very quickly if more than two people with trucks/trailers were present at once. Otherwise, it’s been the best experience we’ve ever had with a storage facility and staff!

So far so good

I haven’t moved into my unit yet but it seems clean. There was amazing and super friendly. She had me laughing from the moment I walked through the door. I really appreciate her help and her explaining everything to me

I would give this place no stars at all. Unfortunately I had a medium size packed box removed from my unit on the first floor. And also found out, that a number of my boxes and containers had been gone through. And a large amount of items was taken. They know that you won't say or do anything for the very reason your insurance company high deductible for stolen items. This place has been a complete nightmare for me.
