Very friendly and helpful staff

I felt very welcome when Jeremy gave me a tour and made sure I could use the lock properly. I love the garage where we could pull our cargo trailer in for unloading it was Out of the heat!! I felt very secure while unloading. My only dislike was having to code onto elevator every trip. I’m guessing it’s for security purposes.

Blows public storage away

I was a coustomer with public storage since 2018 the rates have doubled i went from 168 to 340 a month and they were still going up.lost track of time and was late getting out of the gate thougjt nothing of it until the next day i got a call saying they were terminating my rental agreement straight form the area director called corporate to get told that the area director is always right. Thank you public storage for the opportunity to take my buisness elsewhere i can tell already cube smart is above and beyond anything you guys have to offer.

This is a winner !

Best facility we have ever used. The unloading area is so nice in and enclosed air conditioning room! Lots of rolling carts available and everything very clean. Lowest price I was able to find in the entire NE Phoenix area. Staff was very pleasant to deal with and very attentive from the moment I booked with the easy to use online website
