A Storage Of America employee can get on the screen and help you with the rental. As far as being issued a code, when you rent a storage unit you are supposed to automatically get an access code into the building. The kiosk might have had a temporary glitch and that is why you could not get the code. We sincerely apologize that you had to do more work by calling customer service to get the code yourself.
