Excellent experience

The process was very easy and we had knowledge and helpful assistance all the way! The reservation process was streamlined and again at arrival the office experience was professional and knowledgeable. The storage area is very clean and neat, and easily accessible. This has been a good experience

Great customer service

Elizabeth was very helpful, pleasant and informative. She answered our questions timely and made sure we understood all procedures of renting a storage unit. We appreciated her help very much. Also, when we called we spoke to Art he was a gentleman and gave us great information to make a decision on which unit we needed.
