Storage was supposed to be $1 I got there and my bill ended up being $82 which none of this was disclosed to me. When I called customer service to get my storage info she didn’t seem to care at all when I expressed my concerns on the price.

We needed the unit to store furnishings after the passing of my Mama .

I find the facility to be safe and clean. The company texts, emails and calls to remind me of the payment if I don't pay on the due date. They hate to have to charge late fees. Who takes the time and goes out of their way like that anymore?
