Deer Valley II Self Storage is conveniently located in a business- industrial area of Deer Valley / Phoenix, next to major freeway exchanges. Our facility is secure and features only one set of entry/exit gates located at the front of the property. Each gate has a key pad that is used for entry and exit and all entries and exits are recorded both by gate access codes and cameras including foot traffic. All units are also individually alarmed.

Our aisles are wide and well lit making them easy to navigate in. We also offer free freshly baked cookies, cold bottled water, a clean restroom and friendly caring resident managers.

Front gate always left open when I arrive, many cars driving in and out at night. Does not look secure.

Hi George, I am sorry you are not feeling secure with our establishment. Since you are not a customer I understand that you do not know how our facility may work. All of our customers have gate codes and the gates remain open for a few minutes after a person arrives or leaves, for safety reasons. The only other time our gates would be open is when we are doing maintenance. We would love to have you come by and stop in so we can show you just how secure our facility actually is. My wife and I are full-time on-site managers. We live on site, and, we do regular rounds to ensure that no one that is not supposed to be here is here. The next time you need storage space please come in and let us show you just how good we really are.
