I am very disappointed and would not recommend

I got set up online & I was very happy with the customer service. I paid for my unit and I’ve been trying for a week to get my access code so I can move in. The manager is never there and it’s been a week and still u haven’t moved anything in so I went in today and still no one was there but the maintenance man who helped as much as he could. I asked for my money back and I was told I would have to come back when someone was there and it would have to be approved by the general manager. This is very unprofessional and bad business.

From the initial phone conversation with Gary, to the one on one interaction with Robert, the professionalism shined through. I am very glad to have chosen YOUR EXTRA CLOSET as the place to rely on. Blake was the best customer service anyone could ask far by far

I would and have already sent my people to this facility for any storage questions they may have. The best customer service of any business I have been in. I highly recommend considering them for all your storage needs. Go see Blake, he will meet your every need
