Well kept place. Convenient access. Ideal for our needs. The person we dealt with was Stephanie. She was excellent. She helped us with all our needs. Very friendly and patient. I am very grateful with our experience with her. I recommend this placce the everyone. Thank you for your wonderful service.

The place is great, very secure, and the personnel very nice. There should not be, however, any problems with the elevators. I shouldn't have to tweak it so I can use it. Instructions are put in the code, rush on to the elevator, and wait for the door to close before pushing the floor level button, but if you don't let the door shut, and there's beeping, you have to get out of the elevator and do it all over again.

Because since the first day I rented my unit Stephanie has gone above and beyond the call of duty and been very helpful , professional and friendly , from calling me to remind me about my rent because I am often working out of town and only see my mail once a every two weeks to being able to answer any of my questions , she is very personable and always a pleasure to deal with
