Continues to charge after move-out

I am still receiving invoices from Sun-Ray after having informed them in writing of my move-out. I have informed them of this but the bills continue to arrive. I have been forced to work with my credit card company to dispute charges. Expect a 20% rent increase after 3 or 4 months. I believe the intention is for you to pay for the entire checkout month regardless of move-out day plus at least one more month. So if you like paying for an empty parking spot, give Sun-Ray a try.
