Our storage facility in Alta Sierra is conveniently located right off Highway 49 in Alta Sierra, allowing easy access from different areas of town. You can easily stop by our storage facility while running errands or commuting to work, whether youre coming from Grass Valley, Alta Sierra, or Auburn. Youll find us right next to Trailblazer Craft Pizza & Brews and Alta Sierra Family Automotive.

Wild Fire Prepared Storage Facility in Alta Sierra
We take fire prevention and control seriously. Our brand-new storage facility incorporates a 90,000 gallon water storage tank (that looks a bit like a space ship) to augment the onsite NID fire hydrants and help the fire department in case of a nearby fire. We also have monitored fire sprinklers in all our large buildings and heat detectors in our small buildings. The buildings are 100 metal and concrete and were carefully designed to help reduce fire risk.

Totally fits the new age times of Grass Valley.

I see this facility from the road every day when I drive by and it is freaking gorgeous I love the theme it looks fresh and brand new and it actually is made Improvement of this area for cleanliness.
