Great service very helpful and friendly good prices and they check to see if all locks are secure in the facility. Would recommend this to anyone!!!! Raquetta is the best customer service representative ever!!

Employees smoothed over an arduous process

Corporate sold me a parking space apposed to a storage unit @ the Van Nuys location. I was subsequently redirected to North Hollywood. The lady's at the NH location were extremely professional & did everything within their capabilities to get me a unit that was convenient to my needs. I wish at the least that the administrative fee could be waved. I felt something could have been done by corporate to compensate me because the mistake cost me time and additional money.
