No manager on site to provide immediate service.
I have the appointment to the property manager but no one showed up and call the customer service why no one in the property and told me the manager will be there in 10 to 15 minutes and I waited for 30 minutes and still no one showed up.

Smooth and easy, but …
I’ve just rented a space, and the online rental process was fantastic. However, when I went there at 6:30 am to check out the place I was surprised to find the main gate open and no one was there. I became concerned about the security of the place. When I came back at 10:30 to unload my stuff, the gate was still open. When I finished unloading my stuff at 12:00 the gate was still open. On my way out I saw a lady that works there and I asked her about the gate and she said that because of the heavy rain the previous night the gate’s chain snapped and that it will be fixed. I wanted to express my concern about the security of the place, but she rudely asked me to move on! That is the only reason I only gave 3 stars.
