I was met by Laurie early on a Saturday morning. She was very patient with me, despite my caffeine-stimulated babbling. My storage unit needed some repair, which was happening that day. She explained to me the trustworthiness of the repair crew and process of the repair. Once repair was complete, she called me to keep me informed. I intend to store my possessions for a long time and have complete faith in its security.
