Absolutely the BEST customer service from the property manager (Shannon). I am an active duty Navy veteran who has moved many times during my career which always includes needing a storage unit. Shannon was there for me and my needs with a smile on her face. She was very accommodating with my schedule and an absolute pleasure to talk to each time I came in. If you are looking for excellent personable customer service, look no further.

Super easy to rent at this place. We were lucky enough to have James help us on our initial visit and when we came back the next day to finalize our space. He followed up by phone on our initial reservation and di not pressure us to commit. He explained the process very clearly, knew the spaces very well and was efficient. I also enjoyed speaking with him about raising our children!
