Clean, knowledgeable & trustworthy staff, safe.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of this facility and the way their very helpful and knowledgeable staff answered all of my many questions. They do not have problems with roaches or vermin, thanks to their diligent prevention methods. My unit was spotlessly clean, above average security, and well monitored. I feel the staff take their business seriously and are very aware of everything and everyone who comes and goes. I highly recommend Redding Mini Storage, and Jacob & Butch ad the proprietors. They are honest and trustworthy gentlemen who enforce the rules foe the benefit of all, and are quick to help, advise, and assist when called upon.

Clean, friendly, helpful

I was able to reserve a unit online, and that made things so much easier for me. It really took the guessing right out. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and care about their tenants safety and security. The unit was clean.
