Staff was friendly and helpful

Staff was friendly and helpful They were extremely polite and easy going. Over all great experience with the site. Drive way however is very tight for the 26 ft. U-Haul truck I had rented to bring my property to the facility.

Loved Erica ! Super helpful and got me in quick. I only gave four stars cause it closes at 6. That makes it so hard for me to get my stuff in when I get off of work at 530.

Great customer service. I left my storage room unlocked properly and the staff promptly called me later the evening letting me know they double locked my unit for safety . Thank you so much!
