Needed a better price so I switched
I was getting overcharged at public storage, and rent increased by $20 almost every other month, for a 5x10 I was paying $145 I went to trojan and got a 10x10 first 2 months 1/2 off n then it'll be around 95 or so, n I can get in until 9pm to store my tools afterwork other place closes at 6, crystal who helped me was very professional and helpful, and explained everything to me, I'm happy with itрџ‘Ќ

You get what you pay for
While you can't beat the price especially on a promotion, what they don't tell you is they go by CALENDAR month. Meaning if you rent a storage in the middle of the month (like I did) and they have a promotion going on (like they do now) for 50% off 3 months rent, you actually only get that rate for 2 1/2 months not the full amount of time. Which I think is crap! They also don't allow dogs on the facility grounds, EVEN ESA dogs which is highly illegal, and when the guy behind the counter saw my dog he immediately told me that the dog has to remain in my car while on premesis. The only reason I listened was because it was raining out. But my dog goes where I go at all times. Can't be the price tho.

It was great the lady at the front desk was nice and friendly and was able to explain to me how to get around and time frame of when to leave and went to be out want to be there and be out it was awesome I loved it in the experience was great so anyone looking for a good rental storage then this is it
