Not a good storage facility!

Even though the staff tries to be helpful, its obvious that they're under a lot of pressure to adhere to the strict rules of this place. You have to be out 15 mins before closing, they are not open on some holidays, and the price quoted online was not honored at the storage site. Yes, its clean and secure, but the facility is dizzyingly large and most cheaper units are on the second floor, requiring use of an elevator. Also, carts are not easily accessible. There don't seem to be enough available which makes it difficult because you most likely will need a cart. Find a another place, there are several in the area.

Im happy with my storage

I am very complicated but he was very helpful and polite. Compare to other places near me, I chose this one and I’m very happy with it that I don’t care for the distance
