At A Better Self Storage Bott we offer kiosk rentals for access when you need it most. For all your emergencies and questions we offer assistance at our sister site ABSS West just .25 mi up the road. The facility has drive up exterior units and individual gate codes for your security. We also offer after hours call center assistance for rentals, payments and inquiries.

Confusing online instructions

The online instructions were confusing. Never once did I get told directly I was allowed to move in. Whole signing the lease, the site crashed and it left me even more confused. Very cool I could do it online, it just needs more work.
