Best customer service ever!

The nicest, most helpful lady in the office walked me through the rental process. She is so engaging and thoughtful. When I discovered I had left my lock at home after I had unloaded a few things, she called me and let me know she had put a temporary lock on my unit for me. Now that’s customer service!

Have to much

Well needless to say, I have to much stuff for where I reside. Fortunately though I found Mini U, after looking at other storage facilities that were actually closer to me. The prices are right and management was very friendly nd was the deciding decision for me. I highly recommend!!!

Fabulous customer service

I had to get a storage unit super short notice so I was in a rush when I went there to sign for everything. The lady who worked there was super friendly, answered any questions I had, was real quick with everything, and it was very clean inside and out. It's the best experience I've had when it comes to dealing with storage facilities if I ever need another storage unit I will definitely be coming back here.
