Cheri was fantastic. I have another unit at the same place. Even though I am moving to Fort Collins and there are many facilities that are closer to my new home, I chose to house my contents at this facility until I can move in specifically because of the superior customer service I received from Cheri. She could barely walk, but still showed me the 2nd unit. She also made sure that it was very close to my 1st one. When I called originally I got a man who obviously didn't care about my needs and had put me in a completely different building. He could have done the same work that Cheri did, but chose not to. This woman is an asset to your company and I have referred friends and family to her facility even though I don't know her aside from the professional dealings I have had with her.
