Pleasantly Surprised

I had booked at another location and then found an apartment closer to this. Both location was very helpful in transferring my booking to this. The manager who checked me in was extremely nice and helpful. She even answered my questions that had nothing to do with storage. The bathroom and the entire place was immaculate, so much so, that I thought they had just opened up the location, then I found out they have been there for almost 3 years. I will definitely recommend them and if I need a storage unit again they will be my first stop.

Busy office, but great staff!

There was a bit of wait to wrap up paperwork (office was full of people checking out for the end of the month) but Brian C. was really friendly and helpful. The place was clean and has good access hours.
