This is an excellent company, but.........

This is an excellent company... They make paying your bill very easy and the website is excellent. The only reservation I have, and why I gave it only 4 stars is that the phone service is terrible. There is absolutely no way to speak to an agent... They have a million different numbers, and when you call, you always get the same automation... Very, very rarely are you connected to anyone. It just tells you to leave your name and number. Terrible way to do business. Other than that, I have no complaints about the company at all... Their storage space is excellent and I certainly would recommend them... I only wish they would try to make themselves more accessible...

Excellent Service, Great Security

This was my first time needing a storage unit, and the process was extremely easy between the web site and the staff at the Danbury location. On moving day, I arrived and Eileen was extremely pleasant, helpful and reassuring. I was a bit overwhelmed by it all but she couldn't have made it any easier for me. Overall an extremely positive experience :)
