Extremely satisfed with the customer service that was provided

I viewed the online site when I needed a storage facility. I made the reservation online and the storage was available immediately. When I arrived the very next morning to sign the paperwork, the attendant was very helpful and fast to get the paperwork completed so we could move in. I had read the notice online that they compare prices. After I reserved my storage bin, I found something that was closer and cheaper for the same size unit. They matched the competitor’s price. Even though their facility was further, I moved in and stayed with them due to their fast, friendly and kept their promise per the online Guarantee. 100 % satisfied and will tell all of my friends and family about their service and facility.
