Friendliest customer service ever !!!

The entire renting and move in process was a snap but even better I experienced the most outstanding customer service ever. This is the kind of customer service that will keep people coming back. Kudos to the gentleman who gave me a tour and locating my storage unit.

The total price and payment due in...

The total price and payment due in order to use the unit were not told to me upon reservation of the unit until I was there in person completing my payment.
