A negative experience was quickly turned around. Upper management took the time to go above and beyond to help me and work with me. My husband and I are very appreciative. We have been customers for over 3 years and we plan to continue. Thank you, Tony, for taking the time to not only fix, but for caring about our situation.

Holly is a GREAT employee!!! her customer service was so on point!! I was having a bad day and I was trying to move from a public storage unit that didn't have a smaller unit since I was downsizing and Holly was able to get her District manager to let me move in under the$1.00 rate!!! Sometimes its the little things that make people have a GREAT experience.!! She made my day helped me with my issue!! She was VERY nice and helpful!! Great service at this location. And on top that The manager called me the next week just to check on how my move was and if I need anything to call her VERY nice of them!!!
