I value highly the service offered by Public storage. The employee who rented me the unit was very courteous and helpful in answering questions I had. The unit is convenient to where I live and is well maintained. The property is clean, orderly and gives the feeling of being efficiently maintained. Convenient location and personable service

I spoke to Juan on the phone and set up a time to come and see him regarding a storage unit that I needed the same day. He was very professional and accommodating, even when I had to call and say I would be an hour late. He said that was fine because they had a rush and would have felt bad if I had to wait so the delay worked out for the best. He explained everything I needed to know for the unit, showed it to me and even helped when we figured out that one would not work for me. Juan got me the storage unit I needed for a great price and was friendly and personable the entire time. Juan is a great asset to your company and I will continue to use your company in the future because of the wonderful experienced.
