My First Choice

I rented a storage space at Storage Zone for @2 years. Excellent experience. We later moved from a small apartment to a 3 bedroom house and slowly moved the stuff we had in storage over to the house and ended up not needing the storage space anymore. Now after a couple of years, I’m seriously considering renting one again. Time to declutter :) And when I do I’m going back to Storage Zone. Patrick was always very helpful; excellent customer service!

Too much

No negotiation of price. I’ve have my storage unit for 12 years and the prices only go up. Nothing for loyal customers or just more and more money

I will go back, if I need storage

Very nice guy, talked me through the process. Even walked me out to see what I renting, I rented a small space. I will rent from him again, wishing I could bring my stuff from Oklahoma here. I paid for first month, then got 2nd month free. Then I would have owed for 3rd month, I moved into a bigger room. No longer needed this unit.
