Our downtown Miami storage facility specializes in indoor, climate controlled storage units located near the Overtown, Spring Garden, and the University of Miami Health System. Our newly constructed storage facility specializes in climate controlled storage units. Perfect for protecting your belongings from the long term damage of humidity and the high Florida temperatures. Reclaim your space in your home or business when you rent with us. Rent mini storage units that are 5x5 to larger 10x30 storage units.

There are plenty of different storage units for your to choose from. Not sure what size storage unit you will need Our helpful customer service team is available by phone 7 days a week. Our team will walk you through the rental process and help you select a storage unit for your belongings. You can even move into your storage unit over the phone. All of this without getting locked into long term contracts.

Best experience! Very professional staff!

Just recently rented. Had a great experience. The store manager was extremely helpful and knowledgeable upon arrival. The facility is clean, well organized that staff have all been very pleasant and helpful even accommodated me in changing my unit when I arrived. I have been so pleased with their service that I rented a second unit in the same facility for my businesses equipment. Just a very well managed storage, unbeatable pricing and helpful staff. Even the gentleman that cleans helped us with unloading something that was to heavy for us to do alone and refused to be tipped. Could not be happier it’s the first storage I have ever had where I did not feel like I was getting ripped off or tricked into renting at one price then 3 or 6 months later finding out my “locked in rate” had doubled in price like what happened to me at public storage. Moving my things from Public Storage to this facility I am saving almost $600 a month on my two units.

Best experience ever

Juan was amazing since the beginning to the end. I have been to many storages but this feels like home. We need more Juan’s in every storage.

No way!

I put a review and expect it to be placed just like you put you're positive reviews put up the negative ones too I was very dissatisfied. I was not help correctly and had to waste almost an hour to get nothing done.
