Flat rates

No one explained to me that there was a flat rate. No matter "when' you rented or no matter "when" you vacated. I ended up paying over $200 for less than a month of actual storage.

Jack up rent 15% every 6 months

Updated June 2021: another big 15% now the rent is $220 after ONE year from $170, a hefty increase of $50 PER month just after ONE year! The similar unit 10x20 now online is only $209 as of August. After only three months since June 2020 for a 10x20 drive up unit on Palm Bay Rd, FL location for a total $170 when signed up (already more expensive than Public Storage at $132 at the time), they jacked up a hefty 14% on my monthly rate to be $193! Before I signed the contract they promised me verbally that there would NOT be a rental increase for at least 12 months even it is a monthly contract. Totally scam and dishonest! I'll have to go to Public Storage or others for much less WITHOUT a sudden big rate increase after only three months
