Rented 5x10 unit. After a month, our boxes were covered in rat feces and smelled. I spoke to another unit owner about 10 spaces from me and he said he had the same issue. I complained to the manager and she said that they have a rat problem. There is nothing she can do except to put poison in our unit. I asked to cancel our unit and she said we cannot until end of month. It’s unsanitary and disgusting. We are relocating to another storage company.

Well I'm very disappointed for the hike on my unite of $30.00 a month without being notified....I have been a customer and so has my entire family from Safe n Sound storage for 30 plus years now...The never ever did me like this....I have had my storage unit THIS TIME, FOR 3 AND A HALF YEARS....and then i feel like ingot slapped in the face by this new supposed best customer rating cube smart company that just took over my entire Safe N Sound....NOT IMPRESSED....VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED AND I DON'T LIKE HOW THEY CONDUCT BUSINESS AND WILL BE TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSE WEAR....IT MAKES ME SAD.....SO WRONG HOW THEY TREATED ME....AS FAR AS SAFE N SOUND I WOULD GIVE THEM 5 STARS FOR THE WHOLE 30 YEARS THAT I USED THEIR FACILITY....IM SUPER UNHAPPY AND FEEL LIKE MY LOYALTY DOESN'T MATTER TO CORPORATIONS LIKE THEM....
