Closed on a Saturday afternoon?

The staff is great. The facility is useful. The price is great. Whomever decided to close at 3pm on a Saturday is out of touch with their customer base. If you wanted to give your staff time off, close on a Monday or your slowest day. But on a weekend afternoon you decide to close and you’re closed on Sunday too, you’re closed for the 3/4 of the whole weekend, which is when most people who store need to get to their stuff. I arrived at 3:30 Saturday and you were closed. And your hours keep changing, getting shorter and shorter. Other than the hours, this is an excellent facility. I had no reason to not believe that you cared about the customer until you deny me access to my things on a Saturday afternoon.
