Need more security

There's no gate, no security cameras and they wonder why they have "undesirables" using the bathrooms. Really? Is that why the bathrooms aren't clean and are rarely unlocked? They also need more storage carts, some new ones wouldn't hurt either. I think there are 2 in the whole place. The Associate, Michael, is helpful and polite. I've never dealt with the manager. Owners need to invest more capital in this business.

Hi Nancy, Thank you for your feedback regarding our facility. We respect and value your opinion of course. We were under construction for quite some time as an effort to improve GSS. We have always had gates at our facility and unfortunately they were struck by lightening as soon as they were installed. The have since been repaired. We also have someone living on our site 24/7 and increased security. Building our business to the level of customer satisfaction is something we strive for. We appreciate your business and remarks. Tom provides Excellent Best-in-Class End-to-End Service

I made an online reservation and the instructions said to call for details. I left a message and Tom called me shortly afterward. He was so pleasant and informative! Later that day he called again because he forgot to tell me something - so sweet! the day i got there to sign the paperwork he showed me around and graciously answered my questions and then efficiently did the paperwork. The facility is brand new and super clean. i'm so fortunate Guard Space Storage - Port Charlotte popped up on my google search! and of course, that Tom was my customer service agent.
