Kind of annoyed went with my truck packed to put my stuff in storage and the code they gave me to get in wouldn’t work. And of course their closed today.

Online assistant was amazing. Thomas at facility went above and beyond!

Online assistant was in point and sent email before facility closed for the day on a Saturday. Thomas at facility went above and beyond and called me as a courtesy because I hadn’t arrived. He stayed past working hours to insure I was able to get the unit and move that same night! Wow… my elderly mommy was pleased because it was her stuff! Thomas you are amazing!!!
