Tiwauna This lady has exemplified extreme customer service. The way to communicate projects courtesy ,concern and a solution oriented focus. Relatively good experience

Once we got through the Public Storage computer glitches it was easy sailing. Despite the system claiming my ID was invalid it finally all came together and I was able to access my unit and set things up.
