The customer service at my location was great, but amenities need a little upgrade

The customer service at my location was great- Sylvia helped me find the right size unit and the right price for my needs. The only drawback (again, at my location) is that there are not enough floats to be found to use and of the 3 floats I have seen, two are not in good shape at all. I really feel that this is ridiculous. PS should be making it easy for folks to be able to get their belongings to and from their units, not difficult by making folks run all over the place in hopes of finding a float to use.

Sylvia...storage facility manager

Sylvia, the Public Storage manager on Clairmont Rd., was excellent. She was pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and gave me a positive impression for my introductory experience with Public Storage.
