Tried to make me get optional services.

The office staff was polite. However, they tried to force me to get the optional services like insurance by just adding it on and telling me that I had to put insurance on my storage unit, which I knew was not true. There was also a trainee there and if thats the way they train new employees, you all should reconsider current employees.

the staff treated me great may me feel welcome

I am a person of detail. And I really felt great. The staff was excellent. I notice the security they provide and I was happy about it. The property was clean, and that was a pet pea of mines. I am glad that I chose. You facility.
