Theresa at the Bells Ferry Public Storage is an absolute superstar! When we moved into our unit last year she made everything a breeze. When I was trying to move out movers didn't show and show stopped to check and make sure I was ok after sitting on my truck a while trying to figure stuff out even had a few suggestions to help! Finishing out was very easy with her and she made sure I was well taken care of. Thanks a ton!

Teresa helped me when I walked in not ...

Teresa helped me when I walked in and wasn't even sure what I needed she was nice, friendly, compassionate and very knowledgeable of everything that I had asked. She was very helpful and I will send anyone to see her at the kennesaw location.

Theresa is fantastic! She helped me from day one with providing accurate information and advice on the best option for my needs. She was flexible and understanding when issues came up. She tirelessly keeps the property in great shape and there were always carts available for checking out. I recommend this particular site as I was satisfied overall. The rest of the staff is also friendly, customer focused and patient. Thanks for a great experience.
