It was the day we expected Irma to blow thru and I was running late. Wanda was so sweet and accommodating and waited for me to get there. She was helpful and answered all my questions no matter how many I asked with a smile. I'm so glad you have someone like her on staff. It's hard to find someone with excellent customer service skills these days.

The ladies here are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. It is my first experience with a storage facility and I felt comfortable and the area seems safe.

Desiree was great to work with. She made the lease process very easy and took the time to explain everything. The facility is nice and clean and has easy access from Dallas Hwy.
