Able to reserve what I needed online before having to physically go in

I was impressed with the items that are in the lobby associated with moving and packing. The property is located up the street from where I live which was just right for what we needed.

Charged more than suppose to be

I was charged for things I didn't approve of and show it stated in the agreement policy that I had a choice but the lady that helped me not once told me anything from the policy about insurance and the lock. She just took it her own matter to charge me for there lock and there insurance and on top of all that I seen on my email statement I was charged almost $8 for tape that I didn't ask for.
