Pleasant,friendly,courteous

Catharine was very helpful. Explained everything in detail. Polo was very nice too.I rented the 5X5. First month insurance was free that is great. From the,second month I will be using my all state renter's insurance. I have one wish about the facility. I wish that they put a sign with numbers where each storage Like hotel floor so that I would have easier time finding my storage. Indicate where the,Elevator is as well so that you don't have to do a search party. Because I have vertical now,I felt sick рџ¤® and dizzy until I found the elevator.
