Friendly customer service...

Friendly customer service representatives... see Donna... she's the best! Clean and secure facility. Great prices, especially online! We've been customers for about 5 years and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Staff is grade A

Staff was friendly, professional and very helpful in providing information and making suggestions. This was my first experience dealing with a storage company and was so glad the y didn't fall down laughing at my naive questions. The location within 2 miles of the facility was a big plus. Storage area is clean and well lit.
