Is no longer 24 hrs access but charging as if they are

Been at the unit for more than 2 years. Never had an issue but every attempt to get confirmation that they are not a 24/hr facility I get no return response. It’s outrageous to pay the exact same price on this storage unit when I cannot access my tools for my job.
