Excellent service

I've had rental units in the past but this was by far the best experience and I'm happily impressed with the insurance requirement. I love the piece of mind.

There was no mention of a $10/month insurance fee that was required to pay in order to lease a unit. I am happy with the rate otherwise, but I don't think it was fairly advertised online.

So I have rented 2 units from U-Stor-It Carol Stream & by far, I have had a great experience not only with the staff but with the cleanliness of the facility & the security that they offer. I would recommend this location to anyone who is looking for either short-term or long-term storage.
