After a long drive and trouble with traffic Samantha greeted me with a smile. She also kept in touch prior to my arrival to ensure our appointment and was very flexible. She showed me to my unit and kindly explained the lease. I am very happy that I chose Public Storage. Samantha is a kind person, professional, and very caring. Kaylee had to work hard against Murphys Law including the computer crashing when I came in to rent. It took some time but her calm and persistence was impressive and she got me my space. Then follow up by Samantha the next business day made the customer service here hard to beat.
