Excellent customer service!

I've used PS for the past 5 years and the customer service gets better and better every year. It is unbelievable how friendly the associates are and how they are able to answer every question I have. The well lit, security, and affordable storage prices are the ultimate plus. Thank you Public Storage for the excellent customer service.

Clean and easy to drive up to

Very secure and clean.. Never have a problem getting close to my unit to store things. The entire area is clean not just the storage units...friendly and knowledgeable employees. Very helpful...did not attempt to upgrade me to a bigger unit which I did not need..
