The employee was very friendly and professional. She answered all the questions that I asked and was very complete in her explanation of the contract. I would suggest that if people are going to rent 2 units, there should be a discount for both. I have dealt with Public Storage on several occasions and have had more than 1 unit at a time during my usage. A very good experience dealing with the personnel at Public Storage. Thanks, Bill
