Public Storage - Indianapolis - 4305 W 86th Street

The young lady at the West 86th Street location needs to continue to work on her customer service skills. She was very short with me on Saturday and once I was able to obtain a storage unit, she forgot to unsecure it, thus I went to my unit thinking it was unlocked and had to go back to the office to get her to come and unlock it as she indicated she would when I signed for it. It was a simple mistake but I didn't feel good when I thought of the difficulty I had with her earlier reference an online reservation we had made, and it was cold.

Great service. They really care what happens at the facility

Office staff is friendly and helpful. Storage spaces are clean and well-lit.
