It was easier that I thought. It was clean. The other locations is not that far and covenient.

Biggest "issue" was that the rate I was quoted is for a separate facility a few blocks away that is near cement factories, so units end up very dusty. Also it was explained that it's less secure, as the main unit is the manager's living space. I opted to get a space at the main facility for an additional $10/mo.
